Chris McNulty

President of Political Operations


Chris McNulty joins Causeway Solutions having most recently served as the Political Director at the Republican National Committee where he is credited with rebuilding the RNC’s field program from the ground up. RNC Chairman Reince Priebus referred to McNulty as a “transformational” Political Director for the multiple advances he is credited with instituting within the Party, including greater integration of data and the successful introduction of predictive voter scores into the field programs.

Philip Coppage

Chief Data Officer


Philip began his career in the Network and Online Services Department of the Republican National Committee in 2002.  Shortly thereafter he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he worked as the Executive Director of New Mexico Victory for 2 cycles – helping lead President Bush to a successful re-election in a super-competitive, targeted state.  In 2005 he started a small political consulting firm where he successfully managed a variety of ballot initiatives and campaigns.  In 2007, Philip rejoined the Republican National Committee as the Director of Political Technology.

Molly Rutlege

Chief Analytics Officer


Molly began her data management career fresh out of college with TargetPoint Consulting, where she learned the art of micro-targeting and preparing large quantities of data for survey research and modeling efforts. After leaving TargetPoint, Molly went on to join the newly constructed Strategy Department at the Republican National Committee where she served as Deputy Director of the Voter File Development Program – overseeing data collection efforts in all 50 states in support of the RNC’s national voter data warehouse.

Madeleine is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received a B.S. in Genetics. Despite being a Bulldog fan in Tiger territory, Madeleine returned to her home town of New Orleans and joined the Causeway Solutions team in 2015.

Joel Cochran is the Chief Technology Officer for Causeway Solutions. Prior to joining Causeway, he served as the conservative Technical Evangelist on the Microsoft Campaign Technology Services team and worked with numerous campaigns and committee partners throughout the country during the 2016 presidential campaign cycle.
