Philip began his career in the Network and Online Services Department of the Republican National Committee in 2002. Shortly thereafter he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he worked as the Executive Director of New Mexico Victory for 2 cycles – helping lead President Bush to a successful re-election in a super-competitive, targeted state. In 2005 he started a small political consulting firm where he successfully managed a variety of ballot initiatives and campaigns. In 2007, Philip rejoined the Republican National Committee as the Director of Political Technology.
Philip is a leader at the intersection of data, technology and politics and he’s trained thousands of people on the use of political data and technology. Challenging conventional thinking and finding data driven solutions to the problems that clients face has become his passion. Philip takes great pride in his ability to communicate effectively with clients in order to make sure that they are getting the most out of their data.
Philip was raised in West Hartford, Connecticut and graduated with a degree in Economics from Colby College located in Waterville, Maine. He currently lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife, Mary and Boston Terrier, Earl.
