1. How long have you worked at Causeway?
I’ve been at Causeway for about a year and worked for a partner firm for about four years preceding Causeway.

2. What would you say…you do here?
Analytics and audience insights. It’s the study of how sociology relates to clients’ business goals and what motivates people to act.

3. What is your most memorable experience at Causeway?
It’s been great to work on projects for our brand clients and hone some new technical skills this past year.

4. Do you have a spouse? Children? Pets? Plants?
My spouse and I will be welcoming our first child soon. We also have two dogs and a yard rapidly becoming a tiny urban farm.

5. Where do you live and what is one thing you love about it?
We’re in Dallas and love living in a culturally diverse city with cowboy roots. The food is great!

6. What are your hobbies?
Outdoor sports including diving, sailing, biking, and kayaking as well as gardening and cooking.

7. Where is the next place you plan to travel to for fun?
We’ve gone diving the past few years, and I’d love to either dive more cenotes on the Yucutan peninsula this summer, kayak the Apostle Islands in northern Wisconsin, or do northern lights trip this fall to Norway or Finland.

8. What is the best gift/kindest gesture you’ve ever received?
Being married to someone who shares a love of adventure is pretty special.

9. Why Causeway?
Working with a small team tackling big challenges! We often get called in when something has stumped larger marketing teams.

10. What's on your bucket list?
It’s a long list but visiting the remaining states I haven’t gotten to yet, diving the Great Barrier Reef, and doing a horseback safari through Kruger National Park are near the top right now.

Where is your Causeway Solutions home office located?
I work remotely from Texas.

What is unique about your home or location compared to the homes of the rest of the company?
Most of our colleagues are Louisiana- or Florida-based. Just a couple of us live in Texas!

What is your favorite thing about your home or location?
My home office gets a lot of natural light, which is great for house plants. I probably wouldn’t bring a whole jungle to a regular office!
